Visiting Hours: During Residential Treatment
Visitation is limited until Day 6
Your first few days at PaRC are a foundation-building time. During that time, you will detoxify from drugs or alcohol. You will focus on the circumstances that have caused you to need treatment. You will begin to attend recovery groups. And you will start to bond with your peers and your counselor. Successful recovery requires the time to build new positive relationships. We ask that family and friends support each patient's motivation and potential to succeed by waiting until Day 6 to contact a patient.
Visiting Days & Hours for Pre-Approved Visitors (Day 6 and after)
Sunday, 1 - 5 p.m.
Your family is invited to attend a Family Education Group during Sunday visitation.
Phone Calls (Day 6 and after)
No general calls are allowed until Day 6; however, one supervised phone call with a loved one is allowed during the first 48 hours of your stay. All callers: please note that, due to confidentiality laws, PaRC employees cannot take messages for patients during their stay.
Internet Access (Day 6 and after)
The Internet Cafe is open every day during designated hours. Patients are asked to limit their computer use to 15 minutes per session.
Gifts for Patients at Our Bookstore
"Carry the Message," PaRC's onsite bookstore and giftshop, carries many types of recovery texts, materials and gifts for patients and for loved ones. The bookstore is open to patients, visitors and the general public.
