Memorial Hermann Prevention & Recovery Center (PaRC) offers a comprehensive Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults in Pearland. We opened this program in 2009 to meet the needs of individuals needing a less rigorous program than an inpatient setting. Admission to the program begins with a thorough evaluation to ensure that outpatient care is right for you. Program Hours are Monday - Thursday:
Day Option: 9:00 - 12:00pm
Evening Option: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Aftercare Group: Thursday, 6:30pm - 7:30pm

John Baxter, LCDC, NCAC II
Experienced Program Counselor
John is a retired Chief Petty Officer who served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years. During that time, he was the primary addiction counselor aboard the 5,000 man Aircraft Carrier USS Saratoga CV-60. John also served as Senior Counselor for the Navy Hospital, Naval Airstation in Jacksonville, Florida. He has been a member of the PaRC team for the past three years.
